Guidelines for Reopening to Indoor Classes

Indoor Classes Resuming from 1st August

As of Saturday, 1st August my indoor yoga classes will resume. Under the ‘new norm’ for fitness and wellbeing providers, strict measures will be in place in the interest of both participants and teacher.

Please refrain for coming to class if you are presenting symptoms of the Covid-19 virus (temperature, persistent cough, difficulty breathing) and follow government health guidelines.


  1. It is down to the individual participant to take personal responsibility when attending classes.
  2. As a fitness and well-being provider, the teacher will ensure government guidelines on social distancing are adhered to. Classes will therefore be limited to only four per session.
  3. Upon arrival, participants should queue or the entrance maintaining distance.
  4. Hand sanitiser will be made available to be used on arrival and before departure.
  5. Clean mats and props will be laid out. The teacher will not pass/receive anything to/from a participant.
  6. No hands on adjustments will be offered.
  7. Cleaning spray and cloths will be made available for participants to clean the mats after class. The teacher will clean mats and all props prior to the next session.
  8. Sweat towels must be contained and not make contact with the floor or any other surfaces.
  9. Indoor classes will take place with open windows and doors for sufficient ventilation.
  10. Classes will take place on outdoor decking where the weather is favourable.
