Yoga is for everybody. The benefits of a regular yoga practice have been known to bring about physical and mental wellbeing.
I teach weekly yoga classes in Raynes Park, South West London. Classes are small where students have the opportunity to work at their own pace. Whilst beginners are always welcome, those with more experience are encouraged to deepen their practice further.
Class passes are available to help facilitate a regular practice, however, drop-in sessions are offered to those who are unable to commit to weekly sessions. More information on classes can be found here.
I am grateful to have the opportunity to work closely with the community teaching students and staff yoga at local schools. Occasional workshops are also offered in open spaces such as libraries and community halls in order to make yoga accessbile to everyone.
