The benefits of a regular yoga practice have been known to bring about physical and mental wellbeing. I teach weekly yoga classes in Raynes Park, South West London. Classes are small where students have the opportunity to work at their own pace. Whilst beginners are always welcome, those with more experience are encouraged to deepen their practice further.
I have taught yoga in the local community taking my classes and workshops to libraries, hospitals and open spaces, often bringing together those who have had little or no expereince with yoga.
I have also had the opportunity to work closely with staff and students at Merton and Kingston Secondary Schools bringing a regular yoga practice to the PE curriculum.
