Yoga Chai & Chill Workshop



Wednesday 13th July 2016, 6.30-7.30pm


The Residents' Pavilion, 129 Grand Drive, Raynes Park


A workshop focussing on the practice of Surya Namaskara where we breakdown the sequence into its individual components and look at the benefits and purpose of each posture. This will be followed up with an introduction to Vinyasa Flow before we come down to the mat and finish up with our final relaxtion. Students will then be invited to chat and chill with my home brewed Indian Masala Chai.
